Claude, one session from 14:43 (back up after the 14:42 crash) to about 16:35 MDT, Matthew there for the Dress Up poses and then away. What was done, where it is, what is next.

Where things are

• Servers (restarted after the crash): 8000 (the dashboard), 8341 (#2635 at 5961401df2), 8361 (#2698 at 4c9cc34d3b), 8131 (the Hazel reports' sources), 8133 (Dress Up's working copy).
• Dress Up on main, live as 0.0.343 (d2c4512) plus a check-only commit (54aedf6). Its speed runs: 0.0.336's on its last step, 0.0.343's waiting (the five between were replaced, as GitHub keeps one waiting). Local only, not committed: report 5's draft (another session's), reports 11 to 13 (drafts), and report 14 (Posing the Body, this session: dress-up/reports/014/, waiting for Matthew to read).
• Branches: lie-along-412 (pushed; the parked tries at lying along a bag, squashed into main in 0.0.338; its stale test run cancelled). diag-419 deleted after its run.
• Hazel: #2673 9de7d81838 and e1edf94a12, #2661 67f676852b, #2681 1ef39abd4b (their CI running); #2635 green on 90ed4505bf, then 5961401df2 (ticket 401) pushed on top.

• Crash 42 (14:42, about 20 s into an un-niced dune build): 2,027 empty build outputs deleted, nothing else lost; logged (crash-log 553ec233).
• Ticket 418: #2673's term hash finalized per lane; #2661's type hash three finalized lanes (about 90 bits), merged into #2681; four PR descriptions (#2675's unused-variable warning confirmed by running).
• Tickets 416 and 405 closed on green CI (#2610; #2635's first green Full tests since 10-01). Agenda (^report(20)) republished.
• Dress Up: 0.0.336 (part-by-part bubbles, 415), 0.0.337 (44 more seats and SEATS.md, 413), 0.0.338 to 0.0.342 (lying along the tent's bags, a view of its own, 412, with Matthew's calls), 0.0.343 (elbows and knees in three dimensions, 414). Ticket 419: access217's 0.0.335 failure did not reproduce; the check now waits out the 500 ms fade.
• Ticket 417: the dashboard's history is one file per page and its git log (1,830 dated files out of the tree, still in history; .git 40 to 16 MB).
